Underdog Gallery is delighted to announce its’ forthcoming exhibition Superplasty by Ian Daniell, opening Friday 27th September – Friday 18th October 2013.
Daniell’s new body of work aligns the temptations, and amalgamates the forms, of latest-generation-products and cosmetic surgery. Somewhere above, over and beyond the two, Ian Daniell’s new paintings and sculptures await us.
The exhibition is a collection of re-graffed, defaced, tattooed, sculpted and generally obscene Crockery. Tea sets, coffee pots, tea trays, plates, cups, by some excellent artists and illustrators.
We are also exhibiting works by artists Trafford Parsons, Tomi Lahdesmaiki, George Morton Clarke and Scarlet Monohan. So come down to check out this cool and unusual show and maybe I’ll make you a Cuppa too.
