Life drawing class with Art Model Collective
Art Model Collective invite you to a Tuesday evening life drawing session at Underdog!
Underdog Art Gallery is an exciting new gallery space in the centre of the creative hub of Bermondsey. Five minutes walk from London Bridge station, between The Shard and The White Cube, spitting distance from Fashion and Textile Museum, U.D.A.G is host to some of the most contemporary art and design shows in South East London.
This session will run in conjunction with the group show FUTURE MASTERS, celebrating photo-realist and fine artists who are making some noise on the art scene with their technical skills.
This 2 hour life drawing session will feature a team of two female models, Carla and Manko. Their interactive poses will be based around self-consummation of a female body, creating a modern two-headed monster that eats herself while chasing the creation of the Super Self! Fusion, communion, creation of the new self from the strength of diversity.
In response to popular demand (and the theme of the show) we will offer extended 30min – 1 hour poses. Time will be called at regular intervals so that people wishing to make quick sketches can more around and find new angles.
Full bar Some art materials available Untutored Admission on the door: £15 (chairs and drawing boards).
(There will also be a limited amount of tables available which artists who wish to spread out are welcome to reserve at a small extra fee. Shared table (space for 2 people) £20 each. Please contact us to reserve)
